Hopefully this will work, but it might not...
How It Will Work
The normal rules are 2 - 8 players, but to avoid confusion, and make it simpler, it will be 2 - 6 players. Post saying that you want to play, and you will enter the next game (if there is a next game). You can pick to be one of the normal pieces, or you can create your own. Once you have decided, make a small icon for it, roughly the same size as most of the emoticons.
I will keep a scoreboard type thing on this post, with information about each player, like this:
Player name, player piece/icon, cash, property and the property's houses and hotels.
I will also keep on this post a picture of the board, with each player's icon just outside the board next to the place that they are on. There will also be a thing saying who's turn it is, and whether or not they have rolled yet. When a player's turn has started, I will use an online random generator to determine a dice roll, and then post saying what they have rolled. I will then update the board, as they take the rest of their go.
The board will remain in this post.
Rules
Whoever becomes a player first, has their go first, whoever becomes a player second, will take their go second, and so on. Each player starts off with £1500, on Go.
I will get two random numbers as the first player's dice roll, and then update the board accordingly. I will then post, saying the first player's dice roll. If the first player lands on an unowned property, he or she may choose to buy the property, as long as they can afford it. If the player lands on an owned property, he or she then pays the owner the rent accordingly. If the player lands on a community chest, or a chance, then I will pick a card and post saying what the card says. I will have a word document saved, with a list of all the cards, and I will work my way through straight through the list, as to not be unfair. If the card says to pay something, the money will go to free parking, and the amount of free parking money will be on this post. Income tax and super tax also work this way. If the card says receive money, then they will get the money. If the player lands on free parking, he or she gets all the free parking money, and the free parking money goes to zero. If the player lands on Go to Jail, then they go to jail. If the player lands on go, they receive double the normal amount, and take £400.
Once a player passes Go, they receive £200. If a player rolls double three times in a row, he or she will go to jail. Once in jail, the player must wait until it is their go again, they then can either pay £50 which goes to free parking, or try and roll doubles, or use a get out of jail free card. If they do any of these, they then move to just visiting jail, where they have to wait for their next go to roll. Whilst in jail, the player cannot claim on properties, or trade with another player. If the player wants to build or sell on their properties, they must wait till after the dice has been rolled on their go, and they may only build on a property if they have the rest of the property set. If they wish to build, they must pay the price on the property card, and then their player info will be updated. He or she must build evenly, so they couldn't have one house on Trafalgar Square, and a hotel on Fleet Street. However a house on Trafalgar Square, and no houses or hotels on Fleet Street would be okay. Before buying hotels, the player would need to have four houses already on that property. After the hotel has been bought, the houses then get taken back, (so a hotel is the same as five houses).
The player may morgate a property, for half of the price they bought it for. This means that they receive half the money that they bought the property for, and keep the property, however they cannot claim on the property. They may then pay back the money, and unmorgate the property, so they can continue claiming on the property. This allows players to retrieve extra needed money, whilst keeping their properties, to pay large sums that they could not afford. However when unmorgating the property, the player must also pay 10% extra of it. The player may sell their houses or hotels back, for half the price that they bought them for.
Once the player has completed their go, and doesn't want to buy or sell or trade anything else any more, then the player should say something along the lines of "go finished", so I know when to roll the next person.

I'll add a new rule, that says if you want to buy houses or sell houses or property, or morgate things, or trade etc, then you don't have to wait till it's your turn. This doesn't work for buying property when you land on it though, that has to be in your turn. This should stop people just having to post Go Finished and nothing else continuously.
And I think that's everything. Please comment if you think things can be improved, or if I've missed something.
