Link has defeated monsters, wizards and big demons that use projectiles, while Snake.............well he's a sneaky motherfucker. So although I like Link way better, Snake would still win this battle

Jak would win hands down. Rachet is a Pussie (Cat) who uses his "Weapons" (a.k.a. green crap) at the bad guys. Jak eats pussies for breakfast, lunch and dinner (and beef jerky). All he needs to do is get that little furry bitch from his shoulder and bitchslap that kitten to the slaughter house. But Rachet has his little robotic trolley cart. It can glide. It can turn macho. But all we need then is a magnet... hence Daxter's funny-ness of being... what the hell is Daxter, anyway?

Rachet would commit suicide after realising that all Jak has to do is put his hand out on Rachets head preventing him from moving.
That and Jak has a way more kickass hair style (i wounder how much hair gel he has to use to get it like that?)
