Hi-
well basically i lost my phone on saturday night and i assumed that it would be sorted immediatly as thats what i pay my insurance for.
jesus fucking christ i have been told to wait for 48 hours twice now the dept i require is not contactable by phone. they said they had send me a letter asking for additional information (which apparently should of been asked on the phone) the letter has not arrived
ive had insurance for about 2 years now and ive never used im not trying to scam them or anything i just want another fucking phone, they forgot to offer me a loan phone.
anyone else had any bad experiences with carphonewarehouse insurance?
