Pool- billiards/8-ball/9-ball/snooker etc.

I play a lot of 8-ball and 9-ball, and I play billiards when I get the chance.

I have a fibreglass cue which is really light (love it, can't use any other cue) with a really thin point (technical term for "end that hits the ball"?).

Anyone else play any pool?

yea play pool a fair bit down the pub. I have the terrible trouble of great inconsistency, I can play some really decent shots, and then the next shot i'll go and slice the cue ball into the pocket. I also tend to get better with the more I alcohol i consume... to a point :p

more of a snooker man myself, strikes me as a more technical game. I find pool too easy, i do still play though, it makes me feel damn good that i can beat just about anyone i know.

Snooker is too frustrating for me though
