anyone else have things they still keep around from then they were knee-high to a grasshopper?

I found mine too. At the bottom of my brother's toybox. A white teddy called Whitey. But he was black so I gave him a wash :)

I have a small teddy pile in my room. Some I've owned since birth.

I do belive I still have blue bear; a bear which was technicaly more of a turquoise colour; looking back now I cannot belive I was that retarded as a 2 year old child to not recognise the difference. Anyway, I still have "him" and "betsey" who is smaller and brown; both bears stay in my room.

I got loads in my cupboard.

Does anyone remember the big plush animals ASDA used to sell in the 90s (or was it the CO-OP...).
Well I have a load of them, my favorite was the owl with librarian style glasses. :3

When I was 9 I was given a white bear with a stethoscope as a birthday gift.

I spent my birthday in hospital recovering from a surgery, so it came from the hospital gift shop, you see.

I still have it (minus medical implement), though given the 18 years since then, it's more grey than white, and that's despite being washed repeatedly. I'm just afraid to use any bleach, incase I burn a hole in the bear by putting in too much.

I've still got over 10 stuffed animals in my wardrobe. This includes a 4ft panda (called panda). I never got rid of stuff from my childhood, it's all just hidden away.

My younger brother must still have 40-50 in his room and he's 19. Then again he seemed to collected them.

My teddy. He was called Jumper ted. You guessed it, a teddy with a jumper...

I also had a Captain Bucky O'hare figure. He was awesome!

I still have an elephant who was named Brian, who I've had since I was born.
Theres not much left of him now though, falling to pieces through old age.

I still have mine somewhere too. He had red hair though.

He used to be the mascot of my team at my primary school sports days.

The red team was the win.

:( Too much Monty Python. I just started signing Brian's Song, with the word "elephant" deliberately placed throughout :p

I've got a yellow teddy called teddy that was given to me at my christening and also a lesser known coala bear and a red mouse called red rat that I've had since birth :)

I also had sonic and tales too! And captain bukio hare as well as his kooky duck friend who for some unknown reason had lots of arms (therefore he was automatically cooler than the captain (because he was a duck))

When I was younger, I was mad on Beanie Babies. I still have most of them in a box somewhere.

I keep this one around because he was my favourite as a kid: http://us.st11.yimg.com/us.st.yimg.com/I/allbeanies-store_1921_59972606
