Turkish here

If so, please can you translate this

"selam herkese! bartını tanımak için hakkında soru sormaya gerek yok! gidin yasayın ve öğrenin inanın pisman olmayacaksınız.! BARTIN HALKINI TANIYINCA.... KAVŞAK SUYUNDAN İÇMEYİ UNUTMAYIN SEVGİLERLE....."

Im not even sure if it is turkish, but the guy who sent it seems to be.

Right: after furious wrestling with a translator, the first sentance equates to roughly "Salutations". The second one involves questions, possibly asking you if you could answer a question.

I gave up at that point: Sorry, but It's too late at night :p

Basically, some guy aded my girlfriend and told her his mate who has her email had filmed her getting dressed when she forgot to turn the webcam off.

He also mentioned that he would put this video on his "site" in an hour or 2.

I tracked his email to a really weird forum and his display name seems to be turkish. Demet.

Until my friend comes online I have no means of translation, and id like to find out if this guy is pulling a joke or is atcually talking the real deal.

Checking with a Turkish friend of mine; hopefully he'll be able to help.

Edit: He appears to be away, and all of my spare Turks are off-line.

Wait what? Is that a correct translation? My friend told me it was a difficult text to translate, but that's his translation right there (or rather it's my translation of his Swedish translation of the Turkish text).

Ooh, it's like Chinese whispers!

I would help, but I don't speak Turkish. Nor does anyone I know.
So I can't.

Ah well, time for bed! May it turn out he's just putting you on!

While you're at it, ask him to withdraw from the northern half of my ancestral country.

Well from my rather limited knowledge, it looks polish to me.

Looks right to me - just "Bart" doesn't look right. Perhaps it is "God" or "Lord" something like that? It would make sense then... although not in relation to what you expected it to be about.

First off, I'd be really pissed. Grats on handling this calmly, I'd be on a plane to Turkey by now, with my eyes glowing red ^_^

Secondly, you're 15, so how old is your gf? Personally I'd get him in lots of trouble if this turns out to be true, and thirdly, have a word with your gf about stripping in front of her webcam with strange men watching?

Hope this sorts out though!

something seems really strange with this entire situation
your girlfriend FORGOT TO TURN OFF HER CAM and he saw her get DRESSED(was she undressed?)
HE wants you to RECOGNIZE YOUR BART and DRINK HIS WATER?

Sure, got it right here. Yes, I was that Turkish man!

Acid, I hope this doesn't jeopardise the friendship between the two of us.

Elliot sits across from Turk and Carla, who openly canoodle.

Elliot: I'm a little sick of the Turks.

A turban-clad man at the next table turns around.

Omar: Excuse me?

Elliot: Heh, not you, Omar. I love your people. I'm talking about their lovey-dovey crap.
