Album Cover Size (in Photoshop)

OK, I am to design an album cover, but I don't know what the dimensions are, and I'll be designing in Photoshop, so if anyone knows the sizes for a front cover and the back (with or without the spine) cover in any of the follwoing notations: pixels, cm, mm, inches or picas I would be extremely greatful if you would let me know.

I could go and get a ruler and measure up a CD case for you, but I think you should bloody well be able to do that yourself, so do that, put the measurements in in cm (it'll be roughly 12cm by the way) or inches and set the dpi to 300 or so.
