Dear Mr Weather,

I know you think you're funny with your torrential downpours in June and your comedy 'rivers-bursting-their-banks' slapstick but there are some of us who don't appreciate your antics and we'd appreciate it if you reverted to your default setting that you displayed this April just gone of "bright & sunny sunshine"

That would be much appreciated.

Glastonbury is over so you don't need to unload the heavens any more

Go to Scotland, it's sunny up there.

It's Wimbledon fortnight. Of course it does.

Only because all the rain follows gravity and drenches the south, like an overflowing gutter

Dare I say it...

I don't actually mind.

Bah, down here in the "true" south we've only had 4mm of rainfall. It's quite nice actually as I like the sound of rain when you are safe inside.

And better yet it has cured my dads hayfever for the time being. Hurrah!

Nah Buddy, Come to down under. Here the weather is as hot as a log heater in 40 degree weather!

That's not what I've heard. All I've heard on msn recently is Aussies bitching about how cold it is!

That's because Aussies are wussies. They think 30 degrees centigrade is chilly, and 45 only merely lukewarm.

Mr. Weather, I agree with Puerile. Stop raining and putting clouds all over the sky. Make it as it was in the beginning of june. Warm and nice so I can get outside and burn my back once again!

Mine's usually worse when it's raining, but torrential rain seems to help me out a bit.

I think I'd prefer the sneezes and snufflies to another day like Monday though...just. :)

There was no weather at all yesterday by where I live, nothing... vacuum

It's far too hot here. 36 degree shad/air temperature, and there is basically no wind chill.

Well if we're all giving our requests to the heavens -

Please could you make it a bit warmer if not sunnier up here in Lancashire, because it's summer and I shouldn't be shivering when walking my dog.

Thank-you.

You what? It was 2 degrees down here for most of yesterday and only about 10 today.

And then there's that big storm that was on the South East Coast recently causing torrential downpours and floods everywhere.

Where exactly do you live?

Glasgow has had just enough coldness and just enough rain to piss everybody off. It really, really sucks.

FAO: Heavens.

Please can you make it rain frogs? Just for a change? C'mon, it'll be fun!
