All I can say is I'll genuinely miss the guy, a great sports personality - and I'm sure United Fans will agree that he was a big, big favorite at the club.
Fitting that he finished his last season with United with a trophy. But; I just hope he doesn't go and join the BBC commentators panel. :|

He absolutely was. It was a real shame about his injuries recently.

So long Ole, you were awesome.

I'm pretty certain he is staying at United in some capacity. I'm not sure what it is though.

He said he would have liked to play on for as long as Sheringham- NOONE can play on as long as Sheringham!

It's a shame, he was a great bloke and a great footballer.

Good luck to him with his future plans and all :)

Apparently he's about to start doing his coaching badges, and has been offered a coaching role at Man Utd. He's also been made an official ambassador for the club.

He was also starting to coach lightly when not playing, so he must have lots of experience.

He will be missed. He was awesome. A great team player and a gentleman.

Would be a United hero even if he didn't score that goal.

Even as a 'Pool fan, Ole was a player that demanded respect. A great bloke - a few current players on the Man U roster could learn alot from his example *Cough*Ronaldo*Cough*

You'd barely notice...

Only kidding, great player. One of the few players from the big teams that everyone seemed to like. Except when he scored against us, the bastard.

Which goal is that? :p

Ole is a legend, will like to see what he does next :).

Hurray. Now we can have him in brown cheese-commercials forever!
By the way, those commercials don't air outside Norway. I think.
