I use blueyonder broadband, its quick and the only thing to go wrong was the modem broke, which they fixed within a week.

I use my local cable provider. I also have telephone service with them. One bill a month, rather cheap for the service.:D

blueyonder i hear provide a good service, and have a good 2mb line if you can afford it, BT are ok but a bit pricey, and appartly jolt provide a good service too, a service so good for gaming that i heard rumours of a ping of 17 on a jolt server from something ridiculous like an ISDN line from them.

because yer internet is coming from jolt you get sweet replies to their servers which are possibly sitting right next to your internet connection and the distance data has to travel isnt far.
i wish i had jolt
AOL pwnz freeserve.....freeserve has constant poor connection problems..i have had no problem with aol.
Hopefully AOL will hurry up and release version 9 outside of beta which has the option not to use the software (HOORAY!!)

My daughter uses AOL. Other people I know have cancelled their AOL for cable service. Of course, this is over here in America. I have no idea about UK or Euro services.

Got Tiscali ADSL broadband at home (UK, not sure about US) and we've had no problems at all with it. £15.99 per month I think.

i use my cable provider too. its great, fast, and there are hardly ever any problems. i dont know how things go across the puddle in the UK, but AOL sucks. all my friends hate it, and so do i.

We have BT Yahoo Broadband... Fast...
I'm not sure about the prices though...
DON'T go with plus.net(uk)DSL, they take ages to tell BT to install the dsl in the house, when they come theres a crack in the street(well thats not plus.net's fault but that's not the point),they give you service for a week then crash and deny it and say it was bt and bt says its plus.net, my dad had to spend 20 hours on the phone bringing him to tears, we subsribed months before Christmas but it still wasnt working until a week after Christmas! Gah!
At the mo we're on freeserve with a 56k modem :( but ADSL (broadband) is coming to my area very soon.........Errrr yeah right.
But i cant waite, so much faster and i wont get forced off the net because phone call's need to be made.
