Surprised to see no threads on this yet, so is anyone else watching this? Race starts very soon with 3 different drivers all in with a shot of coming away with the championship.

Naturally I'm supporting Hamilton myself, and for once a British driver stands a real chance of winning.

So, anyone else getting excited about this?

yes i am

its getting annoying!

hopefully hamilton will pull it off. either that or kimi will win it on merit ir by actually racing massa and not just happily sitting behind him

This isn't a race to be a member of a pit crew.

Bizzare strategy and it's cost Hamilton. Why didn't they just fuel him to the end on his second stop?

because the best strategists have always been ferrari, not mclaren

Well done Lewis. He'll win another year, got a long time to go for him.

I'm just glad the cheating, whining Spanish bastard didn't win. I'm a big fan of Kimi, and not at all a far of that arrogant git Alonso. Shame Hamilton couldn't pull it off in the end though, thanks to his engine and that utterly bizarre 3-stop strategy.

Well that was a rather unexpected result if you ask me. Very hard luck for Hamilton with that problem at the start, without that the result would have been very different.

That all said, you have to remember Hamilton is still a rookie, and the most successful rookie theres ever been in F1, so 2nd place in the championship is still a brilliant result.

Heres looking forward to next year

second is impressive but under the circumstances its a disappointment.
but well done kimi the best driver over the season and the most deserving driver won on the day and over the season.

oh and bye bye alonso, you've proved this year you're a whining tool

If it wasn't Hamilton it had to be Raikonnen for me and I'm glad it was in the end. I do wish Lewis had become the first rookie to win the Championship, but I suppose that's how it goes. Never mind, he will definitely take it some time. He has the skill, the talent and the brains, plus age is on his side.
