If you download 4oD at the moment there are a large variety of shows available to download for free from the last 25 years, there's no american stuff but you can get things like peep show and black books until sometime in november. The offer doesn't last forever so be quick if you want to download stuff for free.

Also there is a variation on the big fat quiz of the year on November 2nd, it's about the last 25 years, which should be quite good.

Yeah I saw this the teams look good
Alan Carr and Jack Dee
Richard Ayoade (From the IT Crowd) and David Mitchell
Carol Vorderman and Frank Skinner

There's going to be an official 2007 one aswell though, I think.

There's been stuff on More4 for the last month or so, mostly in graveyard slots.

Surely I'm not alone in feeling abit narked that the only celebration of it on the proper channel itself is a quiz show with Alan fucking carr on it?

Well they always hold one, since 2004 anyway. I'm going to have a looky at the anniversary quiz because I watch the end of year ones.

Im suprised the hasn't been any proper celebrations on the channel itself. I watched the original Countdown the other day... boy did that suck. I love the Big Fat Quiz of the Year, I hope this years has Russel Brand and Noel Fielding on again.

Apparently so, they're defending their title. (On the actual one)

Richard Ayoade and David Mitchell has to be the greatest team in the whole world. Ever. It's the only reason I'm watching the quiz.

I saw the Crystal Maze on More 4 the other day (I think it does the rounds on Challenge occasionally too but I've never caught it)

Boy did that bring back memories. At least before it went all shite when Richard O Brian left and he brought in his mate from his theatre company who no-one knew or could stand.

I don't suppose they're showing any Gamesmaster are they?
I loved that show and for it's time was quite groundbreaking too.
So long as they showed the later piss-taking, push the boundries of a 6pm timeslot series with Domink Diamond and not anything that Dexter Fletcher disgraced!
