I don't, but think if you want an answer to something it might be better to formulate a more specific question first?

From what I know about it, it lets you access and share media stored on other computers on the network who also have media sharing enabled.

Basically if there is another computer on the network with media center installed (or if you have an xbox360 on the same network) you can stream media over to that pc as long as the person on that pc wants you too.
I did it with my brothers pc and it worked surprisingly well :)

I looked at the feature a bit, but then i figured pointing media players sync folder directly with the shared music folder on the network, which means you dont need to run the media sharing thing.
As for 360, well that could be useful.

Have you got vista or xp? As far as I know, you can only stream to the xbox if you have vista.

You need to get the 8 character security code from your Xbox first and enter it on your pc. Your pc's media center will then do an install thing that locates your Xbox etc. When it's finished your 360 will be showing the media center menu :D.

Make sure the ethernet cable is secure then go on media center on your pc first, then try and go on it on the 360.

A rubbish mp3 player.
Actually the latest versions are apparently quite good according to reviews, and unlike apple, they actually released a software update for the older ones to bring them a little more up to date with the latest version.
The wifi sharing idea is good, though its too bad more people dont have them, because then it would actually be useful.
Also the DRM just cripples it making it useless, stupid microsoft.
