Yeah. Who are Saxe-woundhorpe?
And Watford have got Palace, could be tricky. I bloody hate Warnock and Jordon so I really hope we spank em.

They're Scunthorpe, but the stupid word filter messed it up ¬_¬

I quite like the name Saxe-woundhorpe. I think they should keep it.

We just lost to fucking Birmingham...

In theory Swansea should get to the 4th round easy. But then they did draw against Horsham and it's the FA cup where anything can happen.
With the way things are going, Stoke may put Newcastle out. I hope not though. I'm still hoping for a Swans V Newcastle match.

Yet another boring all-Premiership tie for Manchester United.
And booo Boro.

Newcastle have got Arsenal (again!) if they can beat stoke. That's a big 'if' considering how they played on Sunday night.
Liverpool is a great draw for Swansea though. Just need to beat Havant and Waterlooville. Oh and Liverpool need to beat Luton of course. Hope that replay is as good as last seasons game between them.

I, like everyone else that isn't a Swansea fan, really hope they lose. Havant and Waterlooville would hugly benefit from the money that playing Liverpool at Anfield - no doubt live on TV - would bring in for them. They wouldn't have had a payday like that for a long time, and it'll sort ouut debts/actually give them some cash to buy players.
Besides, we need some romance like that....and it'll book Liverpool into the 5th round too :p

So if we do beat Reading, we get Man Utd.
Let us win plz.

Watford at home to Wolves. Bugger, I was hoping for an away tie seeing as we've got the best away record in the country and our home form sucks. Probably something to do with Vicarage road being quieter than a cemetary most of the time.

Got to say, I'll be rooting for Havant to get into the 4th round against Liverpool, not that it has anything to do with having sponsored Rocky Baptiste when he played for the 'Gate and having his signed shirt still hanging on the wall!

What a fantastic result against Bristol Rovers...a battling 2-2 draw.

Well Swansea ballsed it up against Havant. Both teams got what they deserved really. Havant wanted it more so won the chance to play at Anfield. Swansea thought it was going to be easy. Good luck to Havant in the 4th round!

Yeah good luck to Havant, we don't deserve it.

Nice rearranged Rovers-Fulham match tonight. The pitch may only just be playable which will suit Rovers game as they've always played a kind of 'belt it n'see' football that suits the pitch. Fulham won't be able to get a passing game going.
Should be a nice leveller.

Come on Rovers. I hate Fulham. They keep buying our better players. So far they've had Helguson and Bouazza, now they're after King.

Once again a nice comfy home draw against nobodies for Chelsea.Once again Chelsea get a nice easy draw.
For the ELEVENTH time in a row, United get a Premiership team. Even Fergie noitced: "It's typical that we drew another Premier League team"

that was great - the entire pub was cheering barnsely on and where literally dancing on the tables when Barnsley scored (point out there wasn't a single barnsley fan in there ... but there was one Chelski fan)

Rovers, even when the focus is on them, are obsessed with City. >_<

tis good news for bristol city, not because rovers are out, but because west brom are still in, therefore more games = more tiredness for players which hopefully = them performing badly in league

Best FA Cup ever.
Mr stabby
09-03-2008, 10:39 PM
Apart from the fact we are not in it, I think this is one of the best FA Cups I've ever witnessed. The amount of upsets is great, there was a bit of romance with Havant & Waterlooville. If Pompey finish in a UEFA Cup spot we will have a non-Premiership team in Europe again. 'mon the Cardiff

DRAW NUMBERS FOR FA CUP SEMI-FINALS:
1 Cardiff City
2 Portsmouth
3 West Brom
4 Barnsley
Weird, eh?

Is the semi-final draw tomorrow?
I've really enjoyed it this season, even though we were a scalp taken by Havant and Waterlooville (Notts County) it's probably had more cupsets than the last few seasons put together, the FA cup magic is back.
I might have a little go on Barnsley winning it, they really deserve it after all, unfortunately things don't happen that way.

In an odd way, I'm kind of glad United went out. I think thats because the rest of the 'big 4' also did and we will now see the first team apart from Liverpool, United, Arsenal and Chelsea to win it since 1995, which is great.
Portsmouth have my vote for winning it atm.
