Aaaaaah, my Screen! (or 'Another Stupid Question from Turkey Sandwich')

My screen is on its side. I have no idea why, as I didn't press anything out of the ordinary. Could really use a hand, as I don't like looking sideways at my computer. That is to say, the entire system is at 90 degrees, not just the browser window or anything. As in, my taskbar is running up the right hand side.

This is probably something really obvious, but I'm a muppet when it comes to actual proper computer things, rather than the internet. Sorry.

Look in Nvidia or ATI/Catalyst control panel for rotation. Change it.
If you dont have a Nvidia or ATI card, i dunno?

Try pressing Ctrl+Alt+Up. If you have intel graphics, this shortcut should rotate your screen.

Also Ctrl+Alt+Down makes it upside down, Ctrl+Alt+Left one side, Ctrl+Alt+Right for the other side (great for school computers >:]). According to this site (http://internetducttape.com/2006/08/01/stupid-windows-features-monitor-display-turns-sideways-or-upside-down/) the intel graphics cards include this feature because it is useful for tablet pc's and it got copied across to their video drivers?!?

Aaah, thanks for the help guys. The Ctrl+Alt+Up shortcut seems to have done the trick.

I can't imagine how it got on its side in the first place. Perhaps I pressed a shortcut in my sleep or something. There appear to be a lot of combos I know nothing about.
