I quit as England Boss on FM07 and after the FA offered me my job back a news story came through announcing that the favourite to get the position was a guy managing in League Two.
He'd still be better than McClaren.

I'm not really surprised. I think he played the game very well. He has managed to keep himself in the spotlight - and in demand - long enough that the bigger clubs will cmoe begging in the summer.
He was never going to agree to be our manager and it annoys me that the FA happily admit giong for him. Once again our first choice has turned us down, so again we will have to sheepishly go and approach everyone else saying "yeah, that other bloke wasn't actually our first choice, it was you all along, honest"

I reckon we'll get Gary Megson now.
He goes to a job, underachieves and then gets offered a job at a better club.
Plus he's just as dull as McLaren and Sven.
