I have steam on 2 computers. Both are set to the same account, both are set to remember password and both are on the same network.

However, there is a really annoying problem which is when i sign in on one computer, the other computer forgets its saved password and asks me to enter it.
Both arent logged in at the same time either, (windows account or steam) i log out of one windows account before using the other. Yet it still intentionally forgets the password.

Ideas?

It probably does it as part of Valve's attempt to cut down piracy of Steam. I assume they're the same copy with the same serial number; the logic is probably that if you're logged in on one computer, then keeping another PC autosaved would compromise your account by letting someone else log in at the same time; if both are logged in at once, then clearly more than one person is sharing an account, which is grounds for being kicked off the network. Have you never seen someone get booted from CS:S for being logged in on two PCs?
