Hospital Hygeine - A Solution

I have an idea on how to make hospitals cleaner -if people who claim benefits were required to clean them to get their money. Easy solution - or don't you agree?

except that cleaning hospitals is skilled work if you want it done properly.

and since it is quite important, you want it done properly.
(although recent governments would disagree, which is why they abolished in-house cleaning staff for hospitals in favour of private companies, which is why hospitals are dirty)

I don't know why you'd think that would solve anything anyway. I mean, the problem is not a lack of cleaners, it's the poor quality of the cleaning.

I'm quite surprised your suggestion wasn't "kill all the ill and infirm" actually
