i have a question!

does anyone out there know if its possible to make custom avatars as long as theyre weebl related?
i.e the anchor cows or some other character

if your talking about a custom av' for yourself then it can be anything as long as it sticks to the forum colors

but if you want one added to the big list it has to have something to do with weebl

supposing i make one of these much sought after custom avatars in paint then how would i get it onto the site?

get 3000 rupies and buy it from the store, but if you want it added to the big list then you'd need a better system than paint, photoshop preferably

i want to save up and get a "dandy highwayman" avatar, that would be nifty.
