Apologises if this thread has been created elsewhere. But, what would be your favorite movie trilogy of all time? I'd say either Star Wars, or the Godfather.
Edit: books too

I'd say either Terminator or BTTF only because I liked all 3 films in each....I've not seen ROTK yet, so I can't count the LOTR trilogy. Though when I do that'll probably win.

A Fistful of Dollars and it's two sequels For A Few Dollars More and The Good, The Bad and The Ugly.
Sergio Leone is a genius.

THGTTG and BTTF (fun with capitals!)
I loved Narnia for some years but the movies were horrible. I'll probably think of more....

They are classics but his second trilogy was even better:
A Fistful of Dynamite
Once upon a Time in the West
Once upon a Time in America
The last two are often listed in the 100 greatest movies of all time polls for various societies and publications.

Lord of The Rings
Star Wars (original trilogy)
Indiana Jones
Back To The Future

Only the first two Matrix films were any good I though. Also the same applies for the Aliens series. 3 and Ressurection where shite I thought.
