You were near my house. Circuses rule.

Conkers rule! I saved a popcorn bucket full of them for later battles.
The circus was on Ealing Common in Ealing when I went. We had a nice time despite the lame audience who refused to clap or cheer! How rude!
Russian clowns are v v strange. They come on wearing wierd costumes, dance and play instruments. One act seemed to be an odd version of the hunchback of notredame complete with the hunchback costume having eyes which popped out of their sockets and an Esmerelda with high pressure tearducts.
The best acts were the tightrope performers and the tumblers but I found myself really wanting to see tigers, monkeys and bears.
Yes - i know it's for the best that they no longer perform with the circus but... bah. Just bah.
Next weekend: London Zoo! :)
