Right people, you have been graced, for the second time, with another excellent thread by me defining precisely what a clueless idiot I am. This time about Sonicstage
Sonicstage is perhaps absolutely the most annoying piece of music software I have ever had the displeasure of using. After finally finding the disk under the sofa, blowing the dust off it and living through the ten hour installation, I found that when I transferred my music across, it never kept the information!
By this I mean purely the track names. The artist was named, the album they came from, but the majority of the tracks I had transferred from My Library had no names. This is a problem when you have quite a bit of music on there.
The tracks which had no information had no pattern which I could make out. They were a complete mix of mp3 format and wma, and I can't see why some of them would keep their names and some would not. The mp3 player is ATRAC format but will play mp3 and wma, and is not full.
plzhalp!
