View Full Version : Transformers The Movie...Inferno Dilemma!!!

No doubt many of you have seen the cinematic genius that is Transformers The Movie...I have a problem with it and it is thus...

In the closing credits, there is a voice credit for an actor playing Inferno (the fire engine type Transformer)....yet at no point in the film have i noticed Inferno put in an appearance...am i blind???

Help me people!

I've seen it...Eric Idle's in it (If I remember correctly)


I didn't notice Inferno...then again I'm not very good with the names.

I havent seen it, where can i find a copy? now im mad because i grew up with transformers. tell me where it is!!!

bought it for £5. Leonard Nemoy is in it somewhere too, though I forget where.

Leonard Nimoy was Galvatron.

Orson Welles played Unicron, but he died during production. Legend has it that Nimoy did his last line, though people who worked with him swore he finished his dialogue.

This happens in a few movies. Chances are the Inferno character was edited out of the movie at a late stage. Possibly due to timing reasons.

However because the end title sequence had been completed he was still credited.

This may not be the answer, however it is most likely

My 2nd Favourite film of all time. Though I don't recall Inferno's performance either.

BUT did you know that Transformers the Movie was the first animated film to feature swearing? It's true, but it was cut out of the video release. It's on the DVD, though.
