It doesn't have to be all in capitals, but I find it gives effect... Somehow xD
You just have to make up a sentence like that, and it's meant to be funny. Some can have stories behind it, and you can post that too-if you want-but that's optional.
Once you post yours, the next person below doesn't have to do anything in particular, except post theirs, so it could be quite a boring game. I just find it fun to see what other people come up with.
