This is the thread for all things related to the WSU BA in Camwhoring.
The staff member in charge of this course is Professor Purple Wabbit. As is the case with all of our other faculty members, Professor Wabbit has many years experience of studying both the practical and theoretical aspects of he chosen study, Camwhoring.
The course, like all others, will be done over a period of Six Weeks. During these Six Weeks you will be required to complete Twelve Tasks. These tasks are as follows:
Week 1:
Task 1: Post three vastly different photographs of yourself in the "Look at my emo pout and foppish hair" thread over the course of the week. Proof Required: Link to posts in this thread.
Task 2: Contribute meaningfully to your relevant gender thread. If you feel so inclined, you may post in the thread for the other gender. Proof Required: Link to posts in this thread.
Week 2:
Task 1: Post three vastly different photographs of yourself in the Interesting Pictures of You Thread over the course of the week. Proof Required: Link to posts in this thread.
Task 2: Contribute a review (approx 500-1000 words) of the camera you use to take your pictures in the Camera Review and advice thread. Proof Required: Link to post in this thread.
Week 3:
Task 1: Contribute meaningfully throughout the week to one of the other photography related threads without spamming. Proof Required: Link to first post in this thread.
Task 2: Contribute meaningfully throughout the week to one of the other non-photography based threads without spamming. Proof Required: Link to first post in this thread.
Week 4:
Task 1: Post three pictures featuring a member of the opposite gender to you, in any of the picture threads (this can include the ladies room/lads thread). Pictures must employ some degree of thought and creativity on your part in the finding/taking of them. Proof Required: Link to posts in this thread.
Task 2: Successfully complete a quiz about the opposite sex. (Or same sex, whatever floats your boat...) Proof Required: Send completed quiz to [murray] and Purple Wabbit via PM.
Week 5:
Task 1: Compete against another forumite in a one off Exhibition Walkoff. Proof Required: Link to Walkoff thread in this thread.
Task 2: Start a successful new thread in keeping with the forum's theme, but NOT one that involves photography. Proof Required: Link to new thread in this thread.
Week 6:
Task 1: Post two pictures in the "Look at my emo pout and foppish hair" thread and two (different) pictures in the Interesting Pictures of You thread. All four pictures must be taken outdoors. Proof Required: Link to pictures in this thread.
Task 2: Post an account (as many words as you like/need) of the strategy you used in your Walk Off in your Walk Off thread, how you planned your pictures, why you chose the pictures you did, how you tried to think outside the box and so forth. Proof Required: Link to post in the relevant Walk Off thread in this thread.
Like all the other degrees You will need to successfully complete 8 tasks to get a basic degree, 9 tasks to achieve a Second Class (Lower), 10 to achieve a Second Class (Higher), 11 to achieve a First Class, and the full 12 in order to get a First Class Honours. The Faculty's decision on your successful completion of a challenge is final.
