I like NME, byt Xray's quite good.. free CD every issue as well :D
Oooh, I also quite like the Viz as well.. .. it's produced in Newcastle, so it feels all homey.. its also funny as hell. A bit too much and a tad tasteless on some occasions though.

My favourite is X-ray - Good Journalism and a free CD.
I also like Q for content and Empire for good film news
I hat NME - It contradicts itself all the time, sometimes within 1 issue - liking a band one issue hating it the next or vice versa. The reviews hardly ever say anything about the CD and just insult it (or laud it, depending). Piss poor journalism.

As I've said before, I get MAD and The Economist. I like MAD for the letters and for, you know, the MAD thing. It's a humor subcategory already... And I like getting a different view on world events from the Economist than from the standard US media sources. I read about events that would never get reported in America and also it gives a different perspective on the stories that do get reported. It's just a good news source.
