I don't havee photoshop, but i thought, what the heck, lets do it with paint. i did my best, and he actually does look better. still screwed, but better. i got rid of his left eye (its now a copy of his right), i stretched his mouth, and made it smile. i also made his eyes bigger. it now looks as if he looks away from you, so that isn't as scary either. remember, i did this all in paint lol :P wasn't easy

he still looks stoned, but i think that's because he's not flexing the muscles you need to smile, and the color beneath his eyes is still dark. he's helluvalot better than before though...

The one by lozzie stardust almost killed me through the meduim of fear and terror. I mean the drawings good an all but its like some terrible mix of tortured souls or something. Hello! I love this thread, I've seen all the submissions (well the ones that aren't dead links), and they're awesome, I couldn't resist making one myself, but I ended up making many =P

The first one I made was simple:

I cheated, I used adobe photoship3 free trial and used the healing brush tool, chose a spot on the left of his left eye, dragged the mouse over his right eye and ............BLAMMO!! But I couldn't get the brightness out of it as it's transparancy is high to allow for better mergeing. Also attempt one is on the previous page............

Actually, Mat. I was under the impression when I first got here, some time ago, that this was one of very few places on the web where intentional shoddy spelling and grammar was frowned upon. It has gone downhill ever since I joined (the decline started before I joined, mind you, so don't you go getting funny ideas :P), but I had hoped we had not yet reached the point where correcting flawed linguistics is seen as needless cruelty.

My guess is we've tried to become far more friendly, when spacks were being spacks, we told them so. Now we're supposed to ease of them slightly until they do it far too much.

I share your pain with this now, any time out of beginners I see anyone typing like a twat, I will minus them and tell them "You are typing like a Spack, please stop."

It's the best way to combat it, it gets your message across and doesn't have other people frowning at you.
