Okay, I'll start this clean and try not to go insane like my other rambling. I'll pull out all the stops on you.

Atari (which is #1 besides Xbox)
Unless you have been living in a cave when the Atari game console and it's maker went bankrupt all those years ago back in the 80's period, and played an X Box right after you came out, then of course it's going to be better than sliced bread. Oh yes, the cutting edge pixel graphics are WAY more technolically advanced than the games on the other PS2 and Gamecube, which include:

PS2:
-The impressive car designs, physics, sleek graphics and impressive gameplay and framerate of games such as Gran Turismo 3, Ratchet and Clank: Going Commando, Jak and Daxter 2: Renegade, and even Zone of the Enders 2: The Second Runnner!
-Who could forget the beauty of horror games? Devil May Cry, along with it's sleek graphics, fast ass kicking action, and impressive battles with bosses from Mundus and Phantom, to skirmishes battling Marrionettes, Giant Skulls, Death Scythes, weird ass mummy looking things, provided hours of button bashing, Demon ass Kicking action!
-Metal Gear Solid 2, Final Fantasy X, Socom US Navy Seals, Armored Core 2 and 3, Rez, Ico, plus hundreds of other games that people will find for themselves.

Gamecube:
-I'm not the specialist on these kinds of games, but my friend is. It has many games that will entertain many young people, as well as the older generation.

Oh yes, and let's not forget the PS2 (and Possibly Gamecube) game that includes over 60 Atari games to be made, plus more extra features. And how could we possibly go back to the platform which made a huge blunder with it's "E.T." game, which, in fact, was so bad because they rushed the game, practically ruining it, and taking a vast majority of the cartriges and placing them in land fills. That is no joke, it's true.

I see people complaining about the PS2 not as being as good as the X Box. They also say the reason that the PS2 outsold the X Box was that it was released earlier.

Okay then, tell me this:
If EVERYONE KNOWS that the X Box is better than the PS2, then shouldn't they all go out and buy one? Oh, they don't have the money? Well, if they really hate their PS2 and want the X Box, just cash it in. Isn't that right? Oh, but we don't have the money... hmmm. I know! Save up- it's that simple. If the X Box was released 1 Year ago, and was priced at say... 300 dollars (no particular currency), and we wanted to save up for it a year before it was released with 7 dollars a week... hmmm, lets see...

7 dollars times 52 (weeks in a year) = $364

Wouldn't that be enough to get the X Box, also knowing that the X Box's price would be reduced? Plus games? Spare me you complaints, really. Which leads me to my next point:

People aren't dumb. We bought Gamecubes and PS2 and PC's knowing that we would get a good deal. If we know that X Box is superior, we should just go and cash in our things. In case you haven't noticed, even through the last few paragraphs, I have been sarcastic. We know that the platforms we buy will give us the entertainment we want. If people are saying that the PS2 is popular, it's definately because of a reason- the PS2 is the best at making what it does: games, entertainment, consoles. Even GameCube has it's moments.

What of X Box, hmm? Remakes of old games, games from other platforms, cheap ripoffs- now tell me, is this what gaming is about? Now I'll admit that the X Box graphics are good, but I don't believe that they are better than X Box graphics. If X Box graphics were better, then the PS2 would have been elimated in the market from X Box. Has that happened?

I'll buy an X Box soon enough, for only afew games I have my eyes set on. Unless they will be released on PS2, or GameCube (which I may also buy when I have a full time Career), and when a game which is completely original, cooler gameplay than anything else, and some nice graphics (I'm not saying X Box graphics are gay- they are nice! I haven't resorted to saying that the X Box graphics are gay anywhere on this), then I'll be craving an X Box. Until then, I'll just play what I have.
