[Edit]Argh i messed up my pivot i tryed to delete a frame but did something wrong and after each frame after i had to copy the frame i just did and redo it, it ran just fine to the point i tryed to deletea frame it then afterwards only plays the last frame i made.

EDIT 4: Ive realised this has a complex storyline which needs explaining. KArate superhero man pretends to be cripple with one leg as bait for villains (thank god karate superhero lives in a 2d world) Villian attacks, superherop displays matrix powers and second leg. Superhero supdues villain.

ok ive tried so slow down how fast the text goes but it chooses itself suchas the neclace part has almost 40 frames
just to do that and its taking up too much space but apart from that it seems to run just a bit too slow at some parts but ok enjoy (ill upload the full one to a site and you can download if you wish to ...when finished of course)

thing is when i do text on my pivot its fine but...when i host it it shoots past too fast and you cant read it thats why i thought ill try putting it on without hosting it on imageshack but uploading it to a site and being able to download from there

also it would be cool to see more series of things being made and any animations would be cool to see right now because ive only done the first episode and im almost outa ideas it may help me out =)

A tip for you, pivots look better when they are half the size! No it doesn't mean you have to make the animation with small stick people.
When you save it as gif a box comes up (Sorry i did have a picture but it to big for imageshack) you right hand side of the box there is two things with numbers in the buttom one is for shrinking the frames (as it should say) and make it 2, also on the top one if you make it 5 it should (well it does for me) make it the same speed in the hosted version as in pivot itself.
I'll be making a animation later, well problies start now.

They're a bit jerky and fast, I'd suggest adding more frames between each part.

Basically, I am celebrating my return to Pivot. However, not only does the set break (clichéd, I know), the only person there is the janitor. So, rather peeved, I sit down in my handily placed chair, which collapses, as the mischevious janitor laughs.

It's a bit fast, but not bad for my first Pivot in far too long.

EDIT-How weird...all the Pivots, well, all .gifs actually, speed up about twofold in Firefox...strange...

i had trouble with one like that aswell but i can't remember how i managed to host it. i think it may have been a zip. give that a go.

Better idea. Save it REALLY small in the resize option and save it in a bigger resize time and time again til it's the size you want. Save the resize as 9 at first then 8, 7, 6, 5, etc.

That works for me.

I built it in an actual combat stance as I was gonna use this guy for fights (rare) and acrobatics (not so rare). His legs are a bit more human than those on the Man figure I normally use (shorter thighs) but one of his arms is longer than the other - which means more realistic-looking weapon handling.

And the arm joins aren't in his head...his head isn't a perfect circle - it's made up of lines in a circular shape. The arms are attached to the neck like the normal stickman/man figures but the shape of his head makes it look different.

Ahhhh. It's a stubby little man. Thick arms, legs and body. Again, the arms aren't attached to the head. It's just cos they're so thick they look like they are.
