Contest Streety's All Sports Betting Shop

After negotiations and discussions with AngryPaul about me adding different sports bets into his thread, I have decided to go it alone...

If you are already using the betting thread then you will be aware of the way that it works. If not, read on...

INTRODUCTION
I will be selecting matches from different sports every weekend for you gamblers to bet on. All requests are welcome for matches but my choice is final. I will also be adding some midweek matches for you and also tournament betting with Euro 2004 and Wimbledon approaching.

HOW IT WORKS
You select a match that you want to bet on and donate the stake that you wish to place. There is a limit of £50 for each set of bets. If you donate more than £50 then your stake will be void and refunded.

Here is an example of a match: Liverpool vs 'Boro
Liverpool win - 8/15
Draw - 5/2
'Boro win - 9/2

Bet £10 rupies on 'Boro to win (by sending a £10 donation to me) and if they win you get £55. This will be sent asap after all the weekend's betting has finished.

RULES
* Minimum stake is £2.
This applies to each match and not for the whole weekend.
* Maximum stake is £50.
This applies to the whole weekend and not each match.
* Donations must be received before kickoff or bet is void.
* All winning bets will be rounded up. (even below .5).

If you have any questions or requests then feel free to post them or PM me. This will run alongside AngryPaul's Betting Shop to offer alternative sports and tournament betting.

Happy Betting
The first weekend's matches will be posted shortly.

It's the first spin-off of a thread for a while. What's the betting that at least ONE person calls this a 'rip off of AngryPaul's thread'?

I shall have to use this as well as AP's betting shop.

Hmm...AngryPaul said that he would include your non-football choices in his thread so you go off and make your own

I'll let AP handle this...¬_¬

And you have a football bet ¬_¬

Even though I am repeating myself... He did say that he would include my bets but I wanted to fund it. I thought it would be fun. He shouldn't mind... I aint trying to take away his punters.

PS. I added a football bet in there cos' i'm a Liverpool fan and it was too hard to resist.

Because if i didn't i'd be disrupting this thread, $5 (i can't get the pound sign) on liverpool. But i was wondering if anyone could do Aussie Rules matches, where i might actually have a chance of winning something.

I will look into it for next weekend or midweek (if they play then?).

-Edit-
I will probably do the match between Port Adelaide & Adelaide

Streety, I'm all for this but I'd just think it'd be better if they were merged!

I really like how you've set it up but it's just splitting the bets... I think they'd be better in AP's thread. I doubt he has problems with you funding it...:/

Always remember: I'm all for this except for the splitting into new thread.

I didnt say you coulndnt fund it It is a bit of a similar thread though, cos I was planning on doing other sports, but never found any of anybodies interest, if people were to say what they wanted then I would do it (plus I havent been doing them recently cos I've been busy)
